How we can help
Your symptoms, goals, sleep study, medical history, and preferences shape the plan. We explain the options clearly and help you choose the next step.
Comprehensive consultation, review of prior studies, and convenient home sleep apnea testing when appropriate.
CPAP, APAP, and BiPAP selection, troubleshooting, compliance visits, pressure optimization, and mask guidance.
Personalized evaluation for oral appliance therapy, positional therapy, Inspire® therapy, and other options.
Evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle, and medication options—including GLP-1–based therapy when clinically appropriate.
Care for insomnia, excessive daytime sleepiness, restless legs, circadian rhythm disorders, and other sleep concerns.
Convenient virtual visits are available for eligible new and established patients throughout Texas.
More than one way forward
CPAP is highly effective, but it is not the only option. We evaluate the full clinical picture to identify appropriate, evidence-based treatment pathways.
Positive airway pressure remains a highly effective treatment. We help patients find comfortable settings, equipment, and routines that work.
Dr. Truong is certified in Inspire therapy and evaluates eligible patients who have moderate-to-severe OSA and cannot tolerate or benefit from PAP.
For patients with obesity, medically supervised weight loss—including GLP-1–based medication when appropriate—may improve OSA and overall health.
Eligibility and results vary. PAP, Inspire® therapy, oral appliances, and prescription weight-management medications require an individualized evaluation. Medication is used together with nutrition and physical-activity guidance when appropriate.
